What is Stars Hollow Monthly?
Stars Hollow Monthly was founded in 2016 and is a subscription box featuring 3-5 products which are inspired by the Gilmore Girls & the fictional town of Stars Hollow. *Inspired by, meaning items that relate to, are inspired by, or are artistic renderings of the show and its inhabitants/characters.* You can expect anything from tee shirts (on occasion), home decor, fashion accessories, bath & body items, and much much more. Our goal for the Stars Hollow Monthly Box is to send our subscribers items they will adore as fellow Gilmore enthusiasts, but also items *anyone* would enjoy- high quality items that won’t gather dust in a drawer somewhere. (as opposed to kitschy fandom stuff) This box subscription is a branch under our main Lit-Cube business BUT we will NOT be sending out books in every one of these box shipments. You *may* get one every once in a while, but only in a rare box and if it relates directly to the show. Subscription slots will be LIMITED each month.
How much does Stars Hollow Monthly cost?
SHM is $34.90/month with FREE shipping within the US.
Does Stars Hollow Monthly Ship Internationally?
Stars Hollow Monthly does ship Internationally. Shipping out of the country is $17.99.
When will my SHM ship?
All SHM boxes ship out by the 20th of the NEXT month that you subscribe/purchase in.
How does the billing cycle work?
You are charged for your first box upon checking out and then you will be billed on the same day of every month after that or until you cancel. If you subscribe on the 22nd of the month, you will not be billed again until the 22nd of next month.
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
Yes! Just purchase the subscription of your choice and when you check out put the shipping address of the gift recipient. If you are looking to purchase a one time, non-recurring box as a gift, hover over the “Stars Hollow Monthly” tab and purchase a one month gift box.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, of course. BUT if you cancel *after* your subscription payment goes through for the month, we do not give refunds for that payment. You’ll receive the final box when that order ships out.
If I am not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
All sales are final. We do not refund any box purchases. We do, however, guarantee that if you have a problem with your box, are missing an item, got a damaged item, or got the wrong size shirt by mistake (hey, we’re human!) that we will go out of our way to take care of any and all issues.
